Artist's Comments
A snapshot from my plane window in SC. This has special meaning for me because I took this on the last day of my family's trip to SC to say our last goodbyes to my grandmother in hospice. (She died January 21st, 2009.)
There seems to be so much death in my life recently. I wasn't very close to either Mr. F or J.P, I won't lie and say that I was, but even having talked with them once or twice was enough to make me strongly feel their absence. Although they each had so much more to live for, they were extremely well loved and will never be forgotten. The sadness that I feel, as with my grandmother, is as much for the ones who loved them as it is for them. I hope for as much happiness as possible for their families and friends, now and in the future. RIP G.F., J.P, and Grandma. <3 |

Death is a part of life so if a person can't die, neither are they truly alive.
Oh well, guess I'm not alive. *shrugs* But, since I don't technically exist, I'm not bound by the rules of reality.
Ergo: I can do ANYTHING.
And of course I'll keep sight of the present. In fact I think I have a harder time thinking of the future. That's the only reason that college stress hasn't turned me into SAT-bisnatch so far. But I wish you the best of luck as well. And all of us, really.
